ROGR is built by Iron Flow Solutions in Perth, Western Australia. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to protect us.
What we collect
Only what you type in. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels and no third-party cookies on this site.
- Your contact details — the phone number or email address you enter when you ask to join the pilot.
- What you told us about your business — your company name, your role, which systems your compliance currently lives in, and which parts cost you the most time. These are the answers you select on the site.
- Basic technical detail — the page you submitted from and your browser's user agent, which help us spot broken submissions.
If you book a call, that booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to Calendly's privacy policy. We see the name, email and answers you give them.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the ROGR pilot, and to understand whether the problems we have been researching match the ones you actually have. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the Iron Flow Solutions team, and emailed to contact@ironflowsolutions.com.au. Google stores this data on its own infrastructure under Google's privacy policy.
Stored on your own device. So you do not have to answer the same questions twice, this site saves your selections and contact details in your browser's local storage under rogr.session.v1 and rogr.leads. That data stays on your device, is never readable by us remotely, and expires after 30 days. Clearing your browser's site data removes it immediately.
Confirmation emails
If you give us an email address, we send one confirmation to it. This also tells us whether the address is real. We do not send anything else unless you have asked us to or we are replying to you.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear there is no pilot happening. We do not have a use for stale contact details and we would rather not hold them.
Getting your details removed
Email contact@ironflowsolutions.com.au and ask. You do not need to give a reason or fill in a form. We will delete the record and confirm once it is done. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form endpoint is protected against automated submissions, and the sheet holding submissions is restricted to named accounts. We are a small team and we treat this seriously, but no system is perfect. If you find a problem, tell us and we will fix it.
The demo data
Every worker, clinic, client and result shown in the ROGR prototype is invented. No real person's compliance information appears anywhere on this site.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will email you.
